In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "198kiss" refers to the platform, website, application, and all services operated under the 198kiss brand.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and is using the 198kiss platform.
• "Account" refers to a member's personal profile registered on the 198kiss platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds in MYR available in a member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to bonus credits, free funds, or other rewards granted by 198kiss to members subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Live casino game outcomes delivered by a human dealer are final once the round is closed. Any technical issues occurring during an active round will be resolved based on system records.

198kiss reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time and for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, 198kiss reserves the right to:

• Withholding or confiscating any account balance, including winnings obtained through activities that violate these terms.
• Reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Blocking re-registration by the same individual using a different identity, device, or payment information.

If you wish to voluntarily close your 198kiss account, please contact our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days once all pending withdrawals have been settled.

198kiss shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gaming, service disruptions, or data loss.

198kiss's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
